Russia, China and Iran speak softly in their diplomatic style. In stark contrast to how the interlopers in Palestine speak (and act). Those who speak softly must carry a big stick for those who speak loudly and crassly to hear their words. But on occasion the particularly stupid and deaf crass need to be hammered with a big stick, Ukraine/NATO being an example of that.
