Could it be that the reason why Biden gives Israel ‘iron clad’ assurances is because he is aware of the 800 pound gorilla in the room? This is not conflicting narrative or confused messaging. If Israel believed for one second that USA would not come to its rescue in a fight with Iran, then the conflict would go nuclear on the first throw.
