In the US/EU/West, the people in power have learned that they can break the law & constitution with impunity. All the people are F’d! The Global South is not better, but they have natural resources in their countries’ bank accounts: “Our resources, your problem,”. And the West has no chance of duplicating the rare earths and other critical metals, graphene, etc supply chains that China has pulled into its sphere of influence. so the West cannot make effective, comparable, weapons that Russia & China can make.
