Does Kellogg not know Witkoff and Rubio didn’t participate in the London meeting? Is he not aware that Witkoff is the real negotiator!? Doesn’t he know both the Russians and Ukrainians rejected his proposal with the Russians saying it’s a place to start negotiations and Ukraine rejecting it outright?
