The latest I have heard is that the French are going to send 60,000 army troops. Insanity. This equates to one third of their standing army. The Ukranians have lost way more men than that and the Russians, as we know, have endless ammunition and top drawer weaponry. The Foreign Legion are very disciplined but the Russians are not Africans. The French did not do well in Indo-China and had to be baled out and various military experts say that the French are too involved with NATO and have embraced their philosophy and training methods.
