A propos Ms Metreveli’s “SOE instincts”, I seem to recall that Russia has more Spetsnaz than the UK has ordinary soldiers.
Of course, Russia wouldn’t need any Spetsnaz or even Sabotage and Reconnaissance groups. It can do everything with drones and missiles, from destroying a single soldier to rendering the UK uninhabitable.

That advice is malpractice by the EU’s lawyers, not to mention criminal responsibility for advising their client to commit an illegal act.
Hope they have 200 billion in malpractice and general liability insurance.
If I was their insurer, I would immediately cancel their policy.
