This man is either incredibly naive or deceiving. What is difference between “open world” he (and George Soros) promotes and “unipolar world” he claims he opposes? Both means global dominance of cosmopolitan capital, which he represents.

Socialist Poland took loans from imperialists already in 70s. They partly screwed themselves and other socialist economies with them. Sachs came there as a debt collector.
