This looks like a VERY big story, if the raid did in fact occur. Scytl has financial links to In-Q-Tel, also to Lord Mark Malloch Brown of Dominion, via Balderton Capital. If this is factual, its very big. Interesting that the story says that CIA was held at arms length and this was a US military operation.
I have to say, theres a HUGE problem with the central premise of this story, and 24 hours later, I am ready to call BS on this one, as much as I want to believe it. The problem with the central premise is the idea of the US Military conducting a raid on a company on German soil. Yes, the US has committed illegal acts on foreign soil, hundreds of times. The US army has no power, no jurisdiction to do anything in Germany or Spain or anywhere else in Europe, meaning it cannot raid or seize anything. The US gov can make requests to the German and the Spanish gov to take legal action on their behalf, go through proper channels, but none of that happened. US military has confirmed that this did not happen. So this claim is rubbish. Very good analysis .There are definitely flies in the proverbial ointment .The numbers just don’t add up as they should .
