One important measure of the success of the Russian military will be ascertained once the Ukrainian strikes against the Donbass have been stopped. That has not been achieved thus far.
Rather than fight the Ukrainian army entrenched in the East (complicated by so many ethnic Russians), it is time for Russia to slaughter Ukrainians (the non-Russian UkroNAZIs and their EU Bandera supporters) in west Ukraine. The Ukrainian army may decide it has to move west if their families are crushed in the west. This money-laundering operation for the US is dependent on the continual bleeding of Russia by dumping weapons into Ukraine.
