If I had been tasked to devise a scheme by Russia’s and China’s enemies, to insidiously weaken Russia and China, both Economically and Politically in the long term, a stratagem analogous to an intergovernmental organisation exactly like the BRICS, is precisely what I would be scheming to accomplish.
The term BRIC was initially coined by the English economist Jim O’Neill, and appeared in his Goldman Sachs’s study ‘Global Economic Paper’ “The World Needs Better Economic BRICs” and subsequently sponsored by his employer Goldman Sachs in 2001.
Coincidentally, Jim O’Neill was made a Life Peer in the English House of Lords in 2015, as Baron O’Neill of Gatley, to help reinvigorate trade with China.
The inception of BRIC was a Goldman Sachs promoted machination, undoubtedly with the goal of
enlargement, by scheming to include third world countries like South Africa and a corrupt vassals of the US empire like Brazil, into the intergovernmental organisation, turning it from RIC into BRICS.
The enemies of Russia and China, would then have their own vassal states within the organisation, and would then implement an insidious strategy of ‘Divide et impera (divide and conquer), like the British Raj frequently used to consolidate their rule in India.
Today the BRICS includes Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa, Egypt, Ethiopia, Indonesia, Iran and the United Arab Emirates, and the enemies of Russia and China are obviously using several of these countries for their own nefarious interests, to insidiously undermine the BRICS organisation, thus enfeebling Russia and China, both Economically and Politically, in their insidious generational game.
