RE: “Hitting a man’s jugular vein at 100 metres is a professional, trained assassin.” The Bullet used to kill Charlie Kirk was a .30-06 180-grain bullet fired from a bolt action rifle at a distance of around 180 meters. This type of bullet will have a drop of approximately 18 inches (45.7 cm) at 180 meters (200 yards), and the assassin was also firing from a height of approximately 4-5 meters above his target. People who say an amature could do this do not know what they are talking about. There is a huge difference between target shooting and performing an assasination.
Anyone can shoot a target, but few can shoot another human in cold blood. Ask any person that has fired a weapon in combat how accurate they could shoot the first time.
Somebody who checked on Google, because she was suspicious, found that the NY Times and the LA Times were reporting this 19 hours before it happened. I think her name is Lisa Rist.
