I seem to remember that President Putin laid down Russia’s conditions in 2022 at the very start of the SMO and these, with a few small additions still stand, so I don’t see where the US frustration comes in. They know how Russia was deceived by the two Minsk agreements, so why would Putin fold and agree to another round of arming Ukraine and getting it ready to continue the fight with greatly enhanced facilities?
