A simple google search for “average IQ India” brings up—
‘India is the one hundred thirty-eighth smartest country in the world with an average IQ of 76.24.’
So NO, India will never become a “Global Powerhouse”, as the average person in India is obviously half-witted, with an IQ in the mid 70s.

The same can be said for South Africa – similar average IQ (70).
Unfortunately a successful caste system has not been established, leading to the dire state of SA today, which, barring revolutionary (not necessarily violent – the locals are very undemanding, and overwhelmingly still cheerful and friendly if treated similarly and with good intentions) will descend back into the pre-industrial era largely peasant economy.
The nations/sects with the highest IQ are Khazar Jews and Chinese, both with about 115. Hence Jew elite’s success in global banking, and nationally taking over Western Europe and the US, and usually in the upper income distribution wherever they happen to live in the world. And hence China success in also taking over the world in its own way – superior manufacturing at cheap prices, and increasingly superior, cheaper, tech innovation.
