Am a bit confused, I watched a clip from CB someting other news where they stated it will take $183B over 15 years “for the US to benefit from Venezuelan oil”. How can the US pirate oil tankers with oil currently? Does this mean that the US will pirate Chinese technological innovation there since Trump said only how many (few) months? Is the shoe on the other foot now? The US stealing Chinese IP? Yikes!
