BREAKING: Moscow Stock Exchange stops trading Ukrainian currency

Moscow Stock Exchange suspends trade of Ukrainian hryvnia starting next Monday.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Moscow Stock Exchange said Friday it will suspend trading the currency pair Ukrainian hryvnia-Russian ruble starting August 21.

“The suspension of trading is caused by the lack of interest of bidders in this instrument,”

the exchange explained.
