Both Russia and the USA are in agreement that Poland cannot develop nuclear weapons

As the situation in the Middle East continues and the Ukraine operation still going on both Russia and the USA have made statements stating that neither Poland or any other member of NATO will be allowed to develop nuclear weapons.
