So Ukraine strategy for counteroffensive success is predicated on whether Russia will be spooked by a Ukrainian issued “Boo!” That’s it. If Russia does not crumble and run away, Ukraine is toast. And why would Russian run when they are backed by huge artillery advantage, a fully functioning integrated air defense system with staggering EW capability; and a numerical advantage in troop numbers (fully equipped) including a majority having extensive training ?

According to these intentions and expectations announced by the Ukraïnian authorities, as you relay them to us, the only possible action that matches their description of reactions anticipated from enemy forces is the use of nuclear weapons in the battlefields. Perhaps low-yield neutron bombs, or something similar.
If this were the case, one might then conclude that Ukraïne has given up all hope of recovering any territory captured by Russia, has mentally conceded military defeat, and is therefore resorting to a final scorched earth policy, in which it will destroy everything, rather than to abandon it to the enemy.

Interpreting the Blinken statement is of course, not straightforward. Blinken knows Russia knows he knows the nuclear policy of Russia,as well as the perpetrators of the horrors of Japan in WWII. He’s talking primarily to his captive Western Audience, telling them that Russia is bad and their threat is nuclear attack on ‘the west’. Blinken however is saying something to the Russian’s , not merely conveying the message, ‘you know I talk shit’. Although it is customary vernacular and the political leader is often taken as responsible for things going on in that country, I believe little ‘enensky is just the front man for hardened, nationalistic (WWII style nazi) elements in Ukraine and hardened, globalist (government-industry allies neo-nazi) elements in the collective West. And he has no choice if he wants to remain alive. He did run for President as a peace candidate. The same can be said for biden, although he has never been a peace candidate. There probably is a considerable difference in how much either of them realizes his position.
Along with the Ukrainian military blitz and the western media gargantuan”misinformation” campaign Alex suspects will be part of the up-coming Ukrainian military offensive, what are the chances that 400 nato warplanes,(advanced fighters and cargo planes ( revealed to be loaded with armaments and soldiers ), quickly take flight with posted flight plans for airports in Poland, Romania, Lithuania and perhaps Slovakia and Moldova? Very risky-yes, impossible?
