Doesn’t Daniel Davis realise that Russia’s incremental approach is deliberate, in order to (a) not spook the West, and (b) draw as many Ukr troops into the Rus traps as possible, make the Ukrs come to them rather than going after the Ukrs???

As for the Ukrs, they have repeatedly said that they just want to inflict damage on Russia, as much damage as possible, so that’s why they are fighting – not to win, but to inflict max damage on Russia.
