Russia in large part is suffering the costs of this war due to a lack of respect from the west. I think they are smart enough to know that unless they put fear back in the hearts of the west and show them they are a force to be reckoned with, that the west will continue to come at them through proxies. The so-called “counteroffensive” will never really take place. Its constant announcement is a typical strategy of those who are preparing to surrender. Meanwhile the warmongers make cash and business.
Whatever the outcome of the counter offensive or any peace plans, I think that before they give Ukraine membership of the EU or NATO, someone needs to do an audit of the money laundering/black market operations in this war. It was reported on Twitter today that an American publication (not specified) has identified smuggled Western weapons from Ukraine appearing in the arsenal of Mexican cartels – such as AT-4 anti-tank grenade launchers and Javelin anti-tank systems. You sound a bit like your description of the Euros discussing amongst themselves and not considering the Russians, except your not considering the war as a distraction from the takeover of the elites via draconian WHO, digital currency and so on. Compared to other websites your heart is in the right place and taking on the WEF which is basically the US deep state, is perilous. Difficult to come up with anything when the aim of US is world domination of finances.
