I believe the Empires talk about deployment of Nuclear Weapons to Finland is a hysterical admission of looming defeat for NATO in Ukraine. If the dual citizen Neoliberals and Neocons are contemplating on using the nuclear blackmail option as their last option, well they are living in a 20th century Cold War mentality.
