Another example of biblical fundamentalism:

Although in majority-Christian countries, ISIS is famous for slaughtering people who don’t share their Muslim faith, Christians did the same to Muslims and Jews during the Crusades; and, as I documented in my 2000 book WHY the Holocaust Happened: Its Religious Cause & Scholarly Cover-Up, Hitler was inspired to do it with even greater intensity, when in his private notes in 1919 he referred to “The Bible — Monumental History of Mankind” — as being “history” instead of myth — and he subsequently frequently paraphrased passages from the Bible (as being history not myth), both the New Testament and the Old, in his speeches and in his book Mein Kampf, throughout adhering to such passages of the Bible as John 8:44 and Matthew 23:31-38, taking them to be the Word of God, not of mere men.

Jews themselves take as their most sacred text the first five books of the Bible, the Pentateuch, also called “Torah.” It has such passages as

Deuteronomy 7:1-2: The Lord your God will bring you unto the land that you are going to occupy, and He will drive many nations out of it. As you advance, He will drive out seven nations larger and more powerful than you: the Hittites, the Girgashites, the Amorites, the Canaanites, the Perizzicites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites. When the Lord your God places these people iin your power and you defeat them, you must put them all to death. Show them no mercy.

1 Samuel 15:3: Now go and smite the Amalekites, and utterly destroy all that they have, and spare them not, but slay both man and woman, infant and suckling, ox and sheep, camel and ass.

Joshua 11:6-12: But the Lord said to Joshua, “Do not be afraid because of them, for tomorrow about this time I will deliver all of them slain before Israel. You shall hamstring their horses and burn their chariots with fire.” So Joshua and all the people of war with him came against them suddenly by the waters of Merom, and they attacked them. … Joshua did to them as the Lord had told him: … There was none left breathing. …  He utterly destroyed them, as Moses the servant of the Lord had commanded.

Philosophers theorize about ethics in a way that ignores the source of evils such as this (supposedly being genocides that were commanded by God), the source being a supremacism which exists intrinsically in any religion’s — and especially in any one of the three Abrahamic religion’s — faith (all of which accept the Torah as representing ‘the world of God’ and therefore as necessarily being ethical). Even genocide can be viewed as being ethical, if one has the ‘authorization’ for it in one’s faith (such as those and other quotations from the Jewish faith do). Philosophers don’t condemn that; to the extent they even mention it, faith is honored, and rejection of faith is often condemned.

On 18 September 2024, one of the historically really great documentaries was posted to the Web, “TRT World Exclusive: Holy Redemption: Stealing Palestinian Land”. It shows that the Nakba, which started in 1948 the ethnic cleansing of the Palestinians to make way for the importation and settlement of Jewish settlers from mainly the lands where Christians had massacred millions of Jews under Hitler’s leadership, is now again being accelerated under Netanyahu’s leadership, long after Christians mass-murdered Jews. This historically important TRT documentary displays the real reason why Israel has no Constitution, and why its laws are written so as to NEVER reject any of the ‘laws of God’ (this God’s Commandments) that are in the Torah. Taking the Torah to be the literal Truth, any Constitution which would override any of those ‘laws’ would NOT be Jewish and would be rejected; so, Israel CALLS itself a ‘democracy’ but is actually a theocracy whose constitution IS the Torah. This documentary displays, in a masterful fashion, how this is carried out, on the ground, in our time. In Israel, ‘God’ gave all this land to the Jews, and everyone who has been living on any part of it afterward is therefore living on land that was stolen from ‘God’s People’ and must be returned to them, regardless of how much violence is necessary in order to do that.

Can the U.N. accept this? Does the U.S. give Israel the weapons to do it? Would the U.S. veto any Resolution at the U.N. Security Council which would condemn it? How can the word “democracy” apply to Israel, the U.S., or any nation that supports and allows Israel? Was Hitler right that the Bible is the “Monumental History of Mankind?” Was World War Two (WW2) ACTUALLY resolved by the mere physical defeat of Nazism, and by what has been happening since? How radical must the changes be if civilization is authentically to start? If it won’t start, then is evolving technology actually intensifying, instead of reducing, evil? What ought to be the purpose of science? If science is being applied so as to intensify evil, should that be prohibited by law, not ONLY within a country, but ALSO between countries — as international laws, such as against there being ANY empire, anywhere, so that no nation will be controlled by any other nation? If this is not done, then what hope will there be to avoid a WW3?
