As Mr Mercouris animadverts, Mr Trump’s modus operandi gives him much more freedom and flexibility than many other leaders. He decides, he writes a social media message – bang, done. If next day he changes his mind by 180 degrees, no problem; another social media message, bang, done.
I have only one question. What does that leave for the other 3 million employees of the US federal government to do?
