If at all, China would be the country to tell the EU to stop funding the war. China might even remind Mrs. Van der Leyen that it’s was the EU / UK / US that pulled Ukraïne out of the Istanbul 2022 Peace Negotiations, and that it was Germany & France that openly admitted that their guarantee (!) that Ukraïne would enforce the Minsk Accords had been an act of international duplicity.
