Part 1: The PayPal Presidency (Real Deep State)
Let’s start with Whitney Webb. I won’t write much about this subject because I highly recommend watching the video. At the end of this part, I’ll also include the first part of “The PayPal Presidency” by Whitney Webb. I’ve shared videos of hers before and praised her work – and I can’t praise her enough. In my opinion, she understands how the world works better than anyone else. Her views align almost exactly with mine.
Anyone who believes Trump is fighting the deep state is, in my view, extremely naive. Originally, I was going to write about the economy and the concept of reserve currency, or about Ukraine – based on the work of Brian Berletic from The New Atlas, who I believe presents the most accurate perspective on Ukraine. I wish The Duran would invite Berletic onto their show to debate his views. Ironically, they used to invite him often, and I actually discovered The New Atlas through The Duran, just as I found out about The Duran from The Jimmy Dore Show.
However, after discovering Whitney Webb’s recent work, which connects directly to my views on Trump, I decided to focus on that instead. I’ve disagreed with The Duran‘s recent takes on Trump – they’ve placed too much hope and faith in him without recognizing who he really is and who is really backing him. But now, after Trump’s recent tariff actions, it seems like The Duran are beginning to see the truth. So I’ve decided to share my own views to further illuminate the reality behind Trump – which I’ll do in the next part of this post. But first, let’s talk about the deep state and Whitney Webb’s work.
As I’ve said before – based on Webb’s research – the divide between Republicans and Democrats is just propaganda and a dialectic for the masses. It’s theater, a show for the “proles.” Here’s a quote from one of her videos that illustrates what I mean:
[1:31:12]
I used to wonder how they would sell things like Neuralink. Now I think—they’ll just tell conservatives they need Neuralink to ‘own the libs,’ and a bunch of them will go along with it. Maybe that’s cynical, but social engineering seems to have been very successful. They got people who were once against the Great Reset of the COVID era to accept the same policies under new names. 15-minute cities? Now they’re ‘freedom cities.’ Not CBDCs, but ‘stablecoins.’ They framed the Great Reset as a communist plot run by Klaus Schwab, and now that new faces are in charge—many still connected to the WEF or Bilderberg (like Peter Thiel)—it’s supposedly different. But the same policies are being implemented. People are distracted by personalities and miss the continuity in the policies.
This is exactly the theater that Whitney Webb and I are talking about:
- 15-minute cities vs. freedom cities
- Digital ID to stop epidemics vs. digital ID to stop migrants and voter fraud
- Censorship to stop hate crimes vs. censorship to stop antisemitism
- Surveillance to stop far-right terrorists vs. surveillance to stop “woke” or Islamic terrorists
It’s the same policies, just repackaged with left-wing or right-wing marketing depending on what appeals to the public. If left-wing motives don’t work, the same policies are rebranded with right-wing language. The Democrat vs. Republican divide is just a show for simple people.
Someone might bring up Ukraine as an example of real political division, and I don’t want to go too deep into it. Later I may write a post about it, so I’ll touch on it briefly here. Again, I recommend Brian Berletic’s work, which mirrors my own views. He explains a concept called the “division of labor of the Empire” – where Europe is tasked with keeping Russia busy, so the U.S. can focus on the Middle East or China. America has realized it can’t do everything alone, so it relies on Europe, its vassal to take on more responsibility.
Critics of Europe’s increased military spending often forget that it was the U.S. – especially under Trump – pressuring Europe to spend more on defense. So now that Europe is doing exactly that, is it really going against U.S. interests? Or is it actually following America’s demands?
Just because you see this theatrical “fight” between the U.S. and Europe doesn’t mean it’s real. Think about it: if the U.S. appears to be stepping back from defending Europe, that gives European leaders the justification to ramp up militarization. But this could be exactly what the U.S. wanted all along.
In this way, the supposed conflict is just theater designed to manipulate public opinion. It creates the illusion of disagreement, while the real goals and policies remain aligned behind the scenes.
I’ll end this section on the deep state here and move on to Trump in the next part.
Here’s the first part of “The PayPal Presidency” by Whitney Webb.
Part 2: Trump – A Stupid, Narcissistic Toddler Roman Emperor
I’ll preface this part by saying that I believe Trump is a good person – he’s simply stupid and narcissistic, and he’s being used by the real people in power. I genuinely believe he doesn’t want wars or people dying, which is part of why the deep state doesn’t like him – ironically, for the same reason: his narcissism.
Trump is not, for example, like Hillary Clinton, who, in my opinion, is a pure sociopath and doesn’t care or feel bad about war or people dying. Fortunately, Trump’s stupidity means he can be controlled by the deep state and used to do what they want. His naive supporters and the blind faith they have in him also enable him to do things for the deep state that Democrats could never get away with.
I’ve written before regarding the Trump assassination attempt – that it’s nonsense, and it was an intentional failure organized by the deep state to ensure Trump wins. As I said before, the deep state doesn’t miss. If they wanted Trump dead, he would be dead. Besides, they would never decide to shoot him, as that would risk triggering a civil war, which the deep state doesn’t want because it would threaten their power.
If the deep state really wanted Trump gone, they could simply induce a heart attack and blame it on all the Diet Coke he drinks – rather than shooting him and risking unrest. So I hope people stop thinking the deep state seriously wanted to kill Trump – because if they did, he’d already be dead. Let’s not kid ourselves.
In this video from the channel Dialogue Works, Trump is described pretty accurately. I’ll share a few excerpts.

“Xi Jinping and Piscashian are perspicacious people. They know how to deal with a toddler throwing a tantrum. Okay, let him work it all out until he gets so tired he falls asleep. When he wakes up, you give him some candy to get his sugar up, and then you talk to him and say, “Look, this is the real world. This is what you’re going to do. This is what we will accept and what we won’t.”
Here you have Ray McGovern comparing Trump to a toddler which is similar to the best description of Trump I saw before by Christian Parenti son of Michael Parenti which I used in my previous posts.
"They don’t dislike Trump because of the things he did that helped reproduce the military-industrial complex; they dislike him for the other things he did, which are akin to a toddler with a hammer going through the living room, hitting stuff. It’s totally contradictory and incoherent, much like his personality. His basic logic is driven by a short-term economic interest.
So, no, it was not an across-the-board anti-imperialist administration at all. The fundamental point is that he increased the military budget. I think he believed he was helping to project American power across the globe, but he routinely questioned why we didn’t close all our embassies in Africa. He fundamentally didn’t understand how the system worked, and that’s why they hate Trump. My point is not that he was a good guy."
Now, here is another great part explaining Trump by John Helmer.
15:01
"When you watch Trump wave these executive orders that he signs so significantly every afternoon, you are watching a man who thinks his will should be law, or must be law, or is law until somebody resists. So, effectively, his force calculation is: if he believes he will be defeated, then he backs down and runs away. That's what he's done in the face of this huge stock market retaliation and, second, the sudden lift in the price of US treasuries, the cost to the United States government of servicing its debt. Both of these were huge votes of no confidence in the so-called tariff campaign. So, he's backed down now.
It's simply the case, and Ry said it one way, Colonel Wilkerson said it another, Ambassador Freeman said it another in your program just before us, and we said it last week: Trump cannot be persuaded rationally. You can't argue the reasonableness of policy with his tweets. His aim is to demonstrate personal power, crush, or, as he said in the clip, "we hope we will achieve it by negotiation," meaning he sends Vidco to deliver capitulation terms to the Iranians, "or we will do the obvious," which means kill them, bomb them to the stone age, and so forth.
Now, this is typical of an insecure emperor losing his empire against forces he cannot fight for fear of suffering significant loss. And that's what's likely to have happened when the Pentagon, not the sycophantic emperor's stooges, one of the eunuchs, one of the paid-off centurions around the emperor who will say and do anything, so is Walt, so is Rubio. What's happening is that we make a mistake in trying to treat the threat of war against Iran as if it's a rational matter, and therefore a violation of reasonableness in achieving a reduction of nuclear threat in the Middle East. What's happening is that Trump postures, threatens, and then, if faced with a possible defeat, can't risk a defeat, can't even risk a counterstrike against something like a US aircraft carrier or a base. Since he can't risk the force calculation that exists in the Middle East, he can be defeated, and he will be defeated before he backs down. And when he backs down, he knows he's been defeated, but he doesn't think so. So, he moves on to another set of targets."
This part was also explained by Christian Parenti in a video from my previous post, which I linked.
"…he was threatening American global hegemony, and he did that because he didn’t really understand it. He couldn’t follow things, and every book about Trump states the same thing—there’s no book that describes him as a great listener or someone who focuses on details. They all say that in the middle of an important conversation, he just drifts off if he sees something on television.
In many of these policies, he would give an order, and then his staff would successfully undermine it. He was frequently unable to track what was actually happening with these policies. He seemed more focused on watching Fox News to see if his announcements were being reflected back to him through Hannity, creating favorable media coverage.
People like Trump or Elon Musk are actually not that smart, but people don’t believe it because they’re rich. Trump and Elon got rich not because they’re brilliant or deeply understand anything, but because they’re great manipulators. Trump went bankrupt and had to be bailed out by the Rothschild family, as explained by Whitney Webb. His biggest success wasn’t in business, but in show business - his show The Apprentice was the real highlight of his career.
Elon Musk, meanwhile, got rich thanks to PayPal, which he didn’t contribute much to, and which was built with support from the CIA and the deep state. I suspect that’s where he first established connections that he later used to create Tesla - a company that could only exist thanks to the Green Agenda and state support. His later venture, SpaceX, also survived only because of the CIA, the deep state, NASA and Pentagon contracts. In short, all of Elon Musk’s businesses have succeeded because of government funding and backing.
So how can anyone take him seriously when he talks about “fiscal responsibility”? On one hand, America needs to be fiscally responsible, reduce pensions, and cut support for the sick and vulnerable because “we can’t afford it.” But on the other hand, we should throw endless money at space exploration and missions to Mars? Does no one see the contradiction and the sheer absurdity of it? How can Elon Musk be put in a position to reduce government spending when all of his success literally depends on government spending?
People are finally starting to wake up to all the DODGE and Elon Musk’s nonsense. Yes, the government is reducing spending - but only on pensions and support for the vulnerable - while at the same time promoting Mars missions and increasing military budgets. That’s their idea of “fiscal responsibility.”
As I’ve written before, the so-called assassination attempt on Trump was a staged failure - pure theater for simple people to help him win. Some may ask, “But wouldn’t the deep state prefer Democrats or Kamala Harris?” My response: was Kamala Harris really better for the deep state?
The Democrats and Harris are labeled as “left,” but let’s ask: who really runs the deep state? It’s oligarchic. So tell me - how would Democrats and Harris, supposedly on the left, be able to do what Trump is doing? Trump is about to extend his own tax cuts for the wealthy oligarchs while simultaneously increasing taxes on the poor through tariffs. Could Democrats have pulled that off?
Trump giving tax cuts to the oligarchy and introducing tariffs (which are essentially taxes on regular people) is perfect for the deep state. No “left” politician like Harris could get away with that. So if you were part of the oligarchy, who would you prefer? Trump, who can hand you tax cuts and push tax hikes on the poor, or Democrats and Harris, who wouldn’t be able to touch those policies?
So when you really think about it - who’s better for the deep state that’s run by and for oligarchs? Trump, or the so-called left?
Elon's Stupidity
I don’t want to waste too much time pointing out Elon Musk’s stupidity to people who still think he’s a genius. Instead, I highly recommend checking out the YouTube channel Common Sense Skeptic, which has great videos like this one:
It’s worth noting that this channel was debunking Elon Musk before he joined the political right, back when he was still the darling of the so-called left and Democrats. So this isn’t some kind of “woke hate” campaign - it’s not political. Even when he was still embraced by the woke crowd, Common Sense Skeptic was already calling him out and showing just how ridiculous and uninformed he is.
If you want to understand why Elon is an idiot and how clueless he can be, I highly recommend diving into that channel. People like me, who actually understand science, know that some of the stuff he says - like building a colony on Mars before establishing a permanent base on the Moon - is so absurd and scientifically unrealistic that it should be enough to discredit him completely. But if you want a deeper breakdown of Elon’s nonsense, that channel is the place to start.
Trump’s Stupidity
Just like with Elon Musk, people can’t accept that Trump is an idiot - simply because he’s rich. I really like The Duran forum because, unlike many Discords, YouTube comment sections, or Facebook groups (which are full of average people who, in my opinion, don’t understand anything), The Duran community consists of genuinely intelligent people. I don’t always agree with everyone here - of course, there are exceptions - but overall, I think most users are very smart.
When I do disagree with someone on The Duran, it’s usually not because they’re stupid, but because they’re misinformed or lack certain facts. But since they’re intelligent, it’s possible to have rational discussions and even change minds through reason and evidence.
Now, here's the point: I would argue that the average level of intelligence and knowledge in The Duran community is far above Trump’s. You can hear it in how Trump speaks and how he uses language. And while poor speaking skills alone don’t mean someone is unintelligent, Trump combines that with a lack of basic knowledge that’s hard to ignore. Let me give you two examples that show what I mean:
Donald Trump talking about Aliens And Mars #donaldtrump #joerogan #alien #mars #space

I touched on this specific fragment in a post about Trump, which I linked earlier, that contained a full interview with Trump on the Joe Rogan show. Now, let’s think about it. Trump is talking about aliens on Mars. FFS, Joe Rogan, TV show host and MMA commentator, needs to correct Trump by saying we have pictures and probes from Mars and, therefore, can confirm that there are no aliens on Mars. Now, I think if I were to conduct a survey of The Duran community, 100% or 99% of the community would be aware that there are no aliens on Mars because we’ve had pictures and probes there. Now, think for a second - Trump doesn't understand that, but somehow people think Trump is some genius playing 5D chess.
Here is another short:
Trump falsely claims Spain is a part of BRICS, wields fictional taxes over the nation
Enjoy the videos and music you love, upload original content, and share it all with friends, family, and the world on YouTube.
Trump thinks Spain is part of BRICS, and just look at his arrogance and narcissism as he asks journalists if they know what BRICS is. Again, if I were to conduct a survey in The Duran community, I suspect 100% or 99% of people would know that Spain is not part of BRICS. Just think about it for a second - is this really a super-smart genius playing 5D chess?
Not only is Trump stupid, but so are the people he surrounds himself with. I’ve found this funny channel that shows the stupidity of the people Trump associates with. Here are two short videos.
“I mean, the European Union won’t take chicken from America! They won’t take lobsters from America. They hate our beef because our beef is beautiful and theirs is weak. It’s unbelievable!”
Again, if I were to conduct a survey in The Duran community, I think 100% or 99% would not say that Europe is not taking American beef because European beef is “weak” and American beef is “beautiful.” Just think about what he is saying here. Consider the level of stupidity, and he is Trump's Secretary of Commerce. I truly believe 100% or 99% of The Duran community is smarter, more informed, and better educated than this guy. Do you really think people like this are playing 5D political chess?
Another one:
Interview: So, what's going to happen when the Germans or the EU come to the table and say, "We'll drop our tariffs?" Trump’s going to say, "No deal."
Peter Navarro: Here’s what he’s going to say: "Look, uh, tariffs? Why do you have a 19% VAT?"
Just remember, this guy, Peter Navarro, was the Trump administration's senior advisor on trade. Now, if I were to conduct a survey in The Duran community, asking about VAT and whether it has anything to do with international trade, I suspect 100% or 99% of the community would know what VAT is and that it has nothing to do with international trade. Now, do you really think people like this are geniuses playing 5D economic and geopolitical chess?
By the way, if I remember correctly, when Trump applied the tariffs plan, the entire framework with the list of countries' tariff levels was based on a plan and calculations proposed by Peter Navarro, if I’m not mistaken, and it was the most aggressive of all the tariffs proposed to Trump. These were the same tariffs that had to be removed by Trump, which is not surprising if that plan and tariff rate were engineered by Peter Navarro. How can people think that these individuals are playing 5D economic and geopolitical chess?
Tariff Stupidity and the Problem of Trump’s Narcissism
Earlier, I mentioned that one of the problems the deep state has with Trump is his narcissism, which makes him difficult to control. This was best described by Christian Parenti in a video I referenced earlier, which was part of a post I linked previously. Parenti described Trump as "akin to a toddler with a hammer, going through the living room, hitting stuff." This tariff situation is yet another example of this "toddler with a hammer" problem.
First, I need to explain something that many people don’t fully understand, which was touched upon in one of my earlier posts by Michael Parenti.
Daniel Ellsberg made the following statement: he said there are three classifications for what you can see. Not only are your documents classified, but you are classified, which shows what you can look at. The first is confidential, the second, more rigorous one, is secret, and the third is top secret. Ellsberg said to me that there were other classifications so secret that you don't even know the classifications, and the public isn't told those classifications. Ellsberg was in one of those, and they would meet in these little policy confabulations, these little committees, and they would deal with some very incredible stuff, some very murderous, dangerous, and explosive stuff. Ellsberg said to me that there were two questions you could never ask. If you asked one of these two questions, you would never be invited back into these committees. The first question was, "Is this legal?" They would all look at you and then at each other. The second question was, "Is this moral?" They would really look at you and say, "Is this guy too dangerous to have here in this room?" And your office would be moved down to the basement, down the hall from the mail room.
This is something many people don’t understand, and I’ve heard there are classifications above the President of the United States, meaning there are things even the President doesn’t know. This is the deep state; it’s something above the President. I also heard that the last President who was part of the deep state and truly understood how the world works was George H. W. Bush, as he was part of the CIA. I recently posted videos with a trilogy of stories about Bush.
Bush and the CIA – Chapter 3 (The Conclusion of the Trilogy on the True History of Bush and the CIA)
Presidents after the first Bush - Clinton, the second Bush, Obama, Trump, and Biden - didn’t know the truth about the real world. As I wrote at the beginning of this part about Trump, I believe Trump is a moral and good person, which is problematic for the deep state. As Parenti’s quote says, "If you ask the question 'Is this moral?' you can’t be part of the club." I think Trump, while stupid, is moral and capable of asking such questions, which is why he is not informed about the truth of the world. Other presidents understood that they were really not in charge, and they were sociopaths. While not knowing the truth about what is happening, they understood how the world really works - something I believe Trump doesn’t know. While other presidents were selected to become president, Trump was not. Clinton was involved in smuggling cocaine in America for the CIA; George H. W. Bush informed his son, George W. Bush, about how the world works; Obama was selected and groomed to become president, so he understood how the real world works; while Biden has been part of the government for a long time, so he also understands how the real world works. Trump was not a politician, and he was a moral person, so he wasn’t part of the club and could not become part of it. I don't believe he truly understood or understands how the real world works. This is why the deep state needs to control him through narratives that Trump believes because, unlike other presidents, he doesn’t understand how the real world works. This sometimes causes problems for the deep state.
This was shown in the case of ISIS, which I discussed in my earlier post about Trump. In my opinion, it’s the same situation as with the tariff issue we have now. Because Trump doesn’t know - and can’t know - how the real world works, he is controlled by the deep state through narratives that Trump believes are true. And because of his narcissism, he sometimes causes problems for the deep state, which is why he is like a “toddler with a hammer going through the living room, hitting stuff.” We had a similar situation with ISIS. They didn’t tell him that ISIS was created by the CIA as a CIA project, and he was fed the narrative that America was really fighting ISIS, which Trump believed. Because of this, and because of his narcissism, he decided to fly to Iraq without informing anyone. When he asked generals in the Pentagon how long defeating ISIS would take, they told him five years, longer than his candidacy, because they didn’t really want to fight ISIS, since ISIS was a CIA project. Trump thought he knew better, so he decided to fly without informing anyone. In Iraq, generals on the ground told him they could defeat ISIS in a matter of weeks, so Trump gave them the green light and ordered them to defeat ISIS as quickly as possible. They defeated ISIS in around four weeks. This shows the deep state’s problems with Trump. He can’t be told the truth, and because he sometimes doesn’t listen to them due to his own narrative - because he thinks he knows better - he does things the deep state doesn’t want him to do. I think the case with the tariffs was a similar situation. They wanted to implement tariffs against China and other countries for geopolitical reasons, with a plan in place for them. But instead of following the tariffs plan the deep state created for him, Trump decided he knew better and implemented a plan created by Peter Navarro. This is something the deep state didn’t want, just like destroying ISIS, and it constitutes the “toddler with a hammer going through the living room, hitting stuff” behavior that Christian Parenti described.
Closing Remarks
In the end, I would like to conclude that the deep state wanted Trump to be elected because he was able to create economic policies for the deep state that the so-called left - Democrats and Kamala Harris - could not provide. However, they also have a problem with Trump. While he may be stupid allows them to control him and make him do what they want. Because he is a good and moral person, he cannot be told the whole truth about the world. This, combined with his narcissism, sometimes causes problems for the deep state, leading to his behavior being “akin to a toddler with a hammer going through the living room, hitting stuff.” Destroying ISIS and this tariff debacle are examples of such behavior, which stem from the fact that instead of telling him the truth, he needs to be controlled by narratives. And because he sometimes thinks he knows better, he ends up doing things the deep state does not want him to do. I could write more, but I will end this here because this post is already long.
