Tariffs will significantly raise prices of goods for Americans. This is not America First but will just enrich Trump’s donors. Trump is not reducing Gov’t spending. Trump’s core constituency is Israel and wealthy donors, not auto workers. Trump talks to the MAGA/ auto workers but produces for Israel and his donors. This is a typical “loose Cannon on deck” play by Trump. There are no quality appointments in Trump’s cabinet that lend any credibility to Trump’s policies.
