There is no way the US government can accept the judgement of the ICC because that would make the US equally guilty of the war crimes that Israel has been committing.
The US has a public relations nightmare now as the world judges the US and Israel, and finds them guilty of genocide, and wars against humanity. They will never be able to bully their way out of this. I am truly ashamed to be a US Citizen.
The real question about the ICC warrents, is that it is going to have a huge political impact on public opinion worldwide. This is something most people are not taking into account. It is going to create massive pressure upon world leaders as their own populations will demand action from their own governments. Even if these governments restrict their actions to political condemnation, it will have huge ramifications on the Collective West.
