Well said. It’s not difficult to understand however that governments are made up of their people. If an entire nation of people care more about themselves than others, their government will suck ass forever, as that is literally their only job.
Biden is lucky if they let him decide what to have for dinner. The fact that we talk about him as though he is a significant player plays right into the hands of “The Power behind the Throne”, as they used to say in true Monarchial Times.
Strong Executive? That would be AIPAC. The American Government answers to them.
Biden may not be mentally fit to made war decisions, but the fact is that he is the only elected official who can do so, since Congress abdicated its responsibility. We did not vote for Sullivan or Blinken, and we did not invest them with war powers. The US has just imploded.
