I don’t believe for one second that the terrorists were part of ISIS-K. If they were, they would have fled back to the Stans countries, as in Tajikistan, Afghanistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Turkmenistan or Uzbekistan.
They certainly would not have fled to Ukraine, if they were actually ISIS-K, as the Russia–Ukraine border is probably one of the most monitored borders in the world, and ISIS-K operatives would obviously have more safe houses around the Stans countries.
The reason why they fled to Ukraine, is because they were Western intelligence agency paid bandits, probably in the pay of MOSSAD, The CIA, MI6, or the French DGSE, but I still believe they were working on behalf of MOSSAD.
They were heading west. ISIS surely is illegal in all stan countries.

Alexander has said clearly that until we have proof of who carried out the massacre, it would be unwise (suicide for his channel on YT) to speculate. He is a lawyer and he does know that throwing accusations around, as you suggest he should do, is totally wrong. He has said he doesn’t know who organised this outrage, as do none of use, so it would be highly improper for him to point fingers.
