Regarding the authenticity of the leaked document ‘Operation Avanella’, conducted by the AFP, the Australian police issued a following statement:
Some of the documents recently distributed without permission are documents of the Australian Federal Police, prepared as part of the investigation being carried out by the Joint Investigation Group (JIT).
Regarding the authenticity of a leaked letter report about BUK positions in Russia and Ukraine made by Dutch Intelligence.
Last time we published an incomplete document in English that is based on a Dutch original. Now you can also see what the original looks like.
The Dutch MIVD sent Bonanza Media a following statement on the authenticity of this leaked document:
We do not comment on the request below. For further questions, we refer you to the OM, which you have already included in this question.
The Dutch Prosecution Service response to Bonanza Media was:
In the run-up to the MH17 court case, various documents appear in the media that refer to the JIT investigation. Although we understand that there are questions, the Dutch OM does not make statements about these documents. Questions about evidence will be answered in court because that is the only place where we want to speak freely about this.
NEW LEAK.
On the same day the document from MIVD was written (21 September 2016) a supplementary letter was made about another Buk Telar that was not mentioned in the main letter.
The Buk Telar mentioned in this document was closest to the point where the Malaysian Boeing was shot down, but MIVD explains this Telar could not have been the murder weapon, because it was heavily damaged.

As you can see the Dutch military did a thorough job locating relevant Buk Telar positions in the conflict area in which MH17 was shot down. Let’s not forget that MIVD is a professional organization with contacts at highest NATO levels and with access to satellite images of ESA and many other sources.
Based on the information presented, the main conclusion we make is this: The Dutch Military Intelligence and Security Service on 21 September 2016 (ONE WEEK before the JIT press-conference on 28th September 2016!) had no information from any reliable source that any Russian Buk-M1 had crossed the border with Ukraine during any time during the conflict.
It will be interesting to follow the court proceedings and study the evidence presented from other sources such as social media, and sources that base their conclusions on social media. Could it be that they are better informed than the military professionals who are trained and specialized to know these kind of things?
Regarding a Record of Interview with a witness refuting the claim Ukrainian Air Force did not fly.

– 2 fighter jets in the sky, which circled over the town a few minutes before the Boeing went down.
– a loud bang over his head
– a HORIZONTAL white trail
– The Boeing coming down

Boris agreed to an interview and his new testimony complies with what he said to the JIT. We are in the process of making a report about Boris MH17 story.

I think it’s cute that that Ukrainian BUK in the photo had patriotic blue jugs and yellow canisters. Probably vodka in the jug and laughing gas in the canisters. Maybe even chlorine gas, to suggest a Russian chemical attack on MH17. Syria’s ‘benevolent jihadi intervention’ began 2 years before, so monkey see, monkey do after all.
And do you think that the JIT are going to listen to “Boris” when they have ignored official Russian submissions to the “inquiry? No, the so called investigation is a whitewash – – they’ve already made up their minds who to blame and it’s not the real culprits, the Ukronazis.
Ukraine, using the Lewis Carol script ‘sentence first, verdict later’ may remain deaf and dumb. However, looking forward to the trial on 9 March 2020, when substantiated and factual evidence, from the defence team, is presented in a court of law.
The Ukronazis were guilty of so much more that was whitewashed by their ‘enablers’, that it would go against the laws of probability to assume they weren’t involved somehow.
I think one of their ‘enablers’ just down voted me.

I think the real culprits were standing in the shadows behind the Ukronazis telling them what to do.
Murdoch’s Australian TV Channel, produced a documentary on MH17, including a recorded transcript from the brave farmers and miners, over in Eastern Ukraine. They had a conversation, stating the MH17 had gone down, but, it was no them who were responsible. They were responsible for hitting the two military jets, shadowing the plane. A groundsman, stated three military jets took off, on that day. One loaded with air to air missiles. It returned with an empty load. “Ukraine provided a video, showing the route the BUK took, featuring elderberry bushes, in full bloom, in July 2014, completely ignorant of the fact, nature would not have had elderberry bushes, in full bloom during that period.” Now that is totally priceless, AM. I find this really sad because I grew up in a relatively sane time when the BBC programmes started in the late morning and ended about 10:30/11:00 at night. Cricket, football, gardening shows, operas, symphonies, plays, children’s programmes like Bill and Ben the Flowerpot Men, Saturday night variety shows, and David Attenborough’s Zoo Quest. As a Dutchman I very much support the suggestions that it is an international set-up. The Dutch have conformed themselves to support the international anti-Russia campaign as a very obedient NATO partner and make every effort to support this Anglo-Saxon conspiracy. The Dutch government is supported in every department by a Dutch (CIA controlle) ‘Nudging’ company (BiN.nl), which hides behind an innocent facade as a ‘consultancy agency’, (but it does bear the national coat of arms in its logo …..). Any ideas what happened to the Spanish Air Traffic Controller.Not sure but think his name was Carlos,he wrote a report and then vanished.
I was following the event closely at the time on the internet. For a short time “a Spanish Flight Controller, working in Ukraine talked about two Ukrainian AirForce planes which flew close to the Boeing craft. He was shocked to report the Boeing was going down right after the planes got very close and then pulled away from the Boeing. I believe that a missile was reported by the Spanish Controller by his instruments. Only the Russians presented information on an Ukrainian aircraft that was close to the plane. I suspect the Spanish controller story might have been thrown into the mix by the Ukrainians posing as Russians (under CIA direction even) to cast doubt on all evidence straying from their script.
They do that you know. They do it quite often in fact. Muddying the waters, in layman’s terms. Either that or they just ‘disappeared’ this Spaniard. They do that too.

Do not forget, NATO was finishing ‘Operation Breeze’ on that day. An exercise focused on air traffic control, with an Aegis destroyer as part of the group. Wonder why they never released their radar data, to help with the investigation? Not forgetting the US satellite system was shown to have been active, when the MH17 went down and recorded events. Why didn’t the US provide the DSB with satellite data? Why was their no forensic analysis on the shrapnel fragments, found in the entry and exit holes? They actually even had the audacity to publish the serial number of the alleged missile. Then the Russians eventually located the USSR log showing the very missile shipped to Ukraine in the 80’s.
Why no forensic analysis demanded on the log? Adjacent ink analysis and dating, handwriting analysis. Are these obscure techniques only known to the Forensic Files TV series?
Have the shown documents been handed over for forensic analysis? There was another funny thing in what was published of them on TV, the missile was manufactured almost a year after it had been shipped to Ukraine.
Who told you “the US did not provide the DSB with satellite data”? (Instead of DSB, read JIT).
It is tragic that they killed a planeload of innocent people, but I am really glad that they failed to get President Putin. Putin says that he’s escaped multiple assassination attempts, and that he and the late Fidel Castro (who also faced many CIA attempts on his life) had conversations about personal security. I hope Fidel was a good teacher.
I am also very glad that Putin’s plane changed its route and escaped the assassination attempt.

I do not know where the phone call came from. His security service and pilots were warned somehow. The Russian secret services are very secretive, they won’t tell.

After the Russian pressconference on 21 july 2014, I kept an eye on the English Wikipedia page of the SU-25. What do you think happened? There was a person with the initials “BLLCT” who was monitoring/controling the service ceiling of that jetfighter. By telling people this page was under a Russian bot attack, he kept the service ceiling at 7,000 meters. The Dutch Wikipedia page of the simular jetfigher removed all technical specifications.
I remember. The “satellite data” is now refuted by this “leaked” MIVD document above. Like the alledged “strange deviation” was silently refuted by their own radar data in Fall 2016 (and many other sources before that by the way). Like the military jets narrative was refuted by that very same radar data and destroyed by the now leaked “eye witness” report. I like these “leaks”. Electric bycicle seller Van der Werff is doing a great job.

Regarding this “eye witness” report, well, what “Boris proves is that – contrary to the many accusations of ignoring “eye witness evidence” by the investigators – at least one “eye witness” was heard. If this “Boris” is not lying, we have the confirmation that the sky was overcast, even “rather heavily overcast”; according to him “no sun could be seen because of the clouds.” So what does this mean for all the “eye witness” stories that claim to have seen the airliner (flying at an altitude of 10 kilometers, far above the clouds) being attacked by fighter jets?
