Hillary Clinton campaign lashes out at Catholics, calls them “severely backwards”

Another 1,000 Wikileaks emails were released for public consumption, in what is now becoming dubbed the infamous “Podesta emails”,  Clinton campaign neo-liberal elitists are on record mocking American Catholics.

In the April 2011 email exchange between Palmieri, then president of the leftist Center for American Progress (CAP), John Halpin, a senior fellow for CAP, and John Podesta, Clinton campaign chairman, Catholics are bashed as “backwards” and termed responsible for “an amazing bastardization of the faith.”

The email exchange was entitled “Conservative Catholicism.” Clinton campaign Director of Communications Jennifer Palmieri wrote in the emails…

“I imagine they think it is the most socially acceptable politically conservative religion.”

“Their rich friends wouldn’t understand if they became evangelicals.”

Halpin wrote Palmieri and Podesta…

“They can throw around ‘Thomistic’ thought and ‘subsidiarity’ and sound sophisticated because no one knows what the hell they’re talking about.”

Halpin describes how “many of the most powerful elements of the conservative movement are all Catholic,” and refers to Catholic beliefs as “severely backwards.”

Halpin asserts that conservative Catholics are utterly ignorant of Christian democracy.

“It’s an amazing bastardization of the faith.”

“They must be attracted to the systematic thought and severely backwards gender relations and must be totally unaware of Christian democracy.”

What is obvious is that Hillary Clinton and her elite staffers find Christianity disgusting. Hillary Clinton will usher in America’s new religion if elected, the religion of neo-liberalism. The entire exchange on Catholics is below:

Excellent point.  They can throw around “Thomistic” thought and “subsidiarity” and sound sophisticated because no one knows what the hell they’re talking about.

Ken Auletta’s latest piece on Murdoch in the New Yorker starts off with the aside that both Murdoch and Robert Thompson, managing editor of the WSJ, are raising their kids Catholic.  Friggin’ Murdoch baptized his kids in Jordan where John the Baptist baptized Jesus.

Many of the most powerful elements of the conservative movement are all Catholic (many converts) from the SC and think tanks to the media and social groups.

It’s an amazing bastardization of the faith.  They must be attracted to the systematic thought and severely backwards gender relations and must be totally unaware of Christian democracy.
