Footage, meant to serve as proof that the Syrian government has conducted a chemical weapons attack in Idlib, Syria, is to be handed to global news outlets by the end of Tuesday, the Russian military claims.
Several Middle East TV channels and a US news channel have been sent to Jisr al-Shughur in Syria’s Idlib Governorate to produce the footage needed for the provocation, a statement by the Russian Center for Syrian Reconciliation said. It added the intelligence came from local residents of Jisr al-Shughur.
“All the footage of the staged provocation in Jisr al-Shughur is to be delivered to the newsrooms of TV channels, which are to broadcast it after its publication on social media,” the statement claimed.
It also said that an Islamist group was provided with two canisters of a “chlorine-based chemical” for the purpose of the operation.
The Russian military said the footage would include scenes of White Helmets operatives treating supposed victims of an apparent barrel bomb chemical weapon attack by Damascus.
Moscow has repeatedly warned that a false flag chemical weapon attack was being prepared in Idlib, giving the US and its allies justification to attack Syrian government forces. Senior US officials have threatened Damascus with retaliation if it uses chemical weapons in Idlib and even preemptively assigned the blame for any such attack to the government.

What is particularly interesting about this story is the fact that it was censored by the IDF.
This is oddly specific. “By the end of Tuesday”? If it doesn’t happen by then, the Russian report will be discredited. Not that Russia will be believed by the US media even if it does happen, but tying oneself down to a specific time is risky. The more general timing was after publication on social media, which makes more sense. If Russia has this level of specific intel, it needs to conduct an operation against the false flag operation. This confirms my impression that Russia has very good on the ground intelligence in Syria. The reason to publish it in advance is to undermine the credibility of any ‘false flag’ operation. Meantime we are all learning too much about false flag operations for them to have continues credibility in the future.

The fact that the white helmets have been credibly “discredited” on many occasions, even by their own “footage” in some instances…yet are still given credibility by those who “should know better” speaks volumes about the mentality of some “institutions”, especially the “gullible” mainstream media
One would not normally be permitted to “film” an event that could be understood to be a military response to battlefield conditions unless they were previously approved and embedded by an authorizing military command. If, as the West claims, President Assad was, in fact, actually planning the execution of a poisonous gas attack on the people of Idlib, then how would a foreign movie crew KNOW when such an event took place to the effect that they could show up in force to film it?
