My thoughts on a post on The Duran by Alex Christoforou, “Cyprus Parliament Calls On The Immediate Lifting of Sanctions Against Russia”.
We now have votes by both houses of the French parliament, four regions in Italy – including some of the most historic and prosperous ones like Tuscany and Veneto – and now a vote in the Cyprus parliament – a country admittedly politically and economically very close to Russia.
If there was a similar vote in the Greek parliament I have no doubt at all it would go overwhelmingly the same way.
All these votes are consultative but still….
As we can see Europe stands fully behind the sanctions! Evil Russia beware….
