Russia accused of removing reserved parking spaces outside US diplomatic facilities in Moscow

A very small retaliatory measure.

The US has accused the Russian government of removing special reserved parking places for American staff outside of US diplomatic facilities in Moscow.

The move which has also been discussed by Russian media is thought to be a retaliatory measure, albeit a small one, in the aftermath of the US kicking Russian diplomats and their staff out of consular facilities in New York, Washington D.C. and San Francisco.

According to a spokesman for the US Department of State,

“We can confirm that the parking spaces, previously reserved for the US consular personnel, have been removed. We will raise the issue with the Russian Foreign Ministry”.

The Russian Foreign Ministry has not yet commented on the issue.

Unfair! The exceptional people only give out consequences! They can’t receive them! To do same is an insult to intrinsic, sacred narcissism!

Looks even more funny if you think of that yellow clamp as a parking ticket for a T-34 crew. :))

Hermann Hoth and Werner Kempf also thought those T-34s were CGI back in July 1943 in the Kursk outskirts. But, general Zhukov prove them wrong!

Well these days, with what they can do with photo’s you are not being unreasonable I think to suspect that such a photo might be a construct. It’s very funny either way.
I should add, I should so like to think it was for real, and Russia really did go park a tank in a US embassy parking space.

Dear Isabella, sorry you get me wrong. It was more in sarcastic manner, not particular to you but to everyone. Simply, I like to recall victorious history. 2000km of front went under Soviet control after the Battle of Kursk. :)) Let’s pray not anyone even think about Drang Nach Osten ever. Cheers!!

Good for Russia! Make things as difficult for them as they make it for Russian diplomats. Show them that there are consequences for their actions.

Other news:
Russia will not pay the 11 million euro ($12.39 million) fee to participate in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), until the right to vote for Russian delegation is restored.

US consular personnel can use Moscow public transportation. The metro is quite convenient (and awesome), like Mayakovskaya Metro Station

Yep. This is what happens when you act like an international A hole! Like Russia sticking its tongue out at US provocations. Russia and China have bigger fish to fry than playing these hubris games. They are busy building world institutions that will eliminate the dollar as petro-currency. And there isn’t a thing US can do about this; except nuke the world.
