Multiple attacks suggest ISIS offensive which however has so far failed to achieve effective results. High vigilance is called for.
Donald Trump’s Executive Order imposing temporary bans on entry to the US from certain designated countries is in itself by no means an unprecedented or unusual document. The harsh and chaotic implementation of the policy, however, goes beyond the text of the Order and is causing injustice and severe hardship. However, that probably works to President Trump’s advantage.
The US is not fighting ISIS in Syria. Together with its ally Saudi Arabia it is using ISIS and other Wahhabi terrorist groups like Jabhat Al-Nusra to wage a war of aggression against Syria so that it can take control of Syria and gain possession of the resources of the Middle East.
Russia’s intervention in Syria is effective because it is properly focused on fighting Islamist terrorism is carried out in cooperation with the Syrian government. The West’s intervention is wrong and ineffective because it is targeted at the Syrian government and tries to distinguish between one Jihadi terrorist and another.
