A new special forces vehicle has been unveiled in the Chechen capital of Grozny that attracted even the attention of even the head of the republic.
It was produced at an Argun-based factory called ChechenAvto and tested at a Special Forces base in the vicinity of Gudermes. In the video below, Ramzan Kadyrov himself came out to take it for a spin:
