As I wrote last July on The Duran, Barry seems to think he’s still the commander-in-chief, regularly meeting world leaders to discuss policy – frequently immediately before or after Trump meets the same people.
Last summer he was interfering in Trump’s policy with Germany, France, and South Korea. Now he’s expanding that list to include China and India.
On Tuesday, former President Barack Obama embarked on a five-day trip to China, India, and France, where he will meet with Chinese leader Xi Jinping and Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi before speaking at the introductory session of the Les Napoleons Summit in Paris.
Obama reportedly began his trip Tuesday in Shanghai with private meetings. He also spoke at a trade summit. On Wednesday, he will head to Beijing where he will speak at a summit for education and be reunited with Xi.
The former president’s trip is taking place shortly after President Donald Trump’s historic 12-day trip to Asia and First Daughter Ivanka Trump’s trip to India, where she is visiting between November 28-30 for the Global Entrepreneurship Summit (GES).
It is rare for past presidents to meet with world leaders while a president from the opposing political party is in power.
What exactly Obama is really doing, and why these leaders are taking the time to humor an ex-president with no legal authority to conduct US foreign policy, is open to question. Perhaps in the case of some (i.e. Merkel and Xi Jinping) they consider it a PR victory that weakens Trump’s negotiating position.
But in the case of the crazed, violent liberal left, such behavior only serves to nourish fantasies that Trump is “not my president” and will soon be removed from office.
As I speculated in July, it may also be that Obama is really acting as a surrogate president, representing the globalist deep state, with its entrenched bureaucrats and think tanks, which abhors Trump’s new foreign policy based national sovereignty and “fair” as opposed to free trade.
At any rate, in his deeply inappropriate conduct Obama continues his lifetime record of failure: from community organizer to law professor, to president and now a failed ex-president as well.

I am particularly satisfied that the author of this article highlighted that Obama’s actions are not self original, rather it is at the behest of the ”Anglo-American Zionist Cabal/Deep State”; Obama is acting on orders, how else would he be so confident to embark on such bold initiatives, also the fact that such ”Deep State” operations are being facilitated by the aforesaid nations and respective leaders indicates a relative working ”Deep State” structures/systems extended in the aforesaid working to consolidate the ”One World Govt./New World Order” agenda.
