Iran ransom confirmed by US State Department, $400 million cash was payment for hostages [Video]

It's official...$400 million cash payment to Iran was in fact ransom for the release of American prisoners.

The State Department has confirmed that $400 million cash payment to Iran was in fact ransom for the release of American prisoners.

The exchange was short, simple, and finally honest…

Reporter: “In basic English, you’re saying that you would’t give them the $400 million in cash until the prisoners were released, correct?”

John Kirby: “That’s correct.”

This falls in line with American hostage Saeed Abidini’s statement that the plane with US hostages was “not allowed to leave” until Obama’s $400M cash plane landed in Iran.

And totally does not fall in line with how Obama explained the sequence of events.

The Wall Street Journal reported last month…

“The Obama administration secretly organized an airlift of $400 million worth of cash to Iran that coincided with the January release of four Americans detained in Tehran, according to U.S. and European officials and congressional staff briefed on the operation afterward.”
