Now that the liberal left has successfully managed to create a clear separation between the words “gender” and “sex”, so as to allow people to choose between 50 some odd genders within the confines of two biological sexes, California has now codified the multiple gender reality in America.

California Governor Jerry Brown signed a landmark legislation this weekend, known as the Gender Recognition Act, which officially recognizes a non-binary gender option on California state-issued IDs, driver’s licenses, and birth certificates.

California residents may choose male, female, or non-binary on official state documents.

No sworn statement from a physician, approving the gender transition, for the legal document to reflect a different gender.

The National Center for Transgender Equality defines non-binary as an individual who does not identify with the category of “man” or “woman,” or “male” or “female.” The non-binary category may include transgender people, but not all non-binary people are necessarily transgender.

Other countries already accept or have begun motions to include a third gender, including Australia, Canada, Germany, India, New Zealand, Pakistan, Thailand and the United Kingdom.

Senate Bill 179 will make it an easier process for individuals who want to change their gender on legal documents. The law states that a person would no longer require a sworn statement from a physician, approving the gender transition, for the legal document to reflect a different gender, the Los Angeles Times reports. It will also create a new process for people under the age of 18 to apply for a gender change on their birth certificates. The law is set to go into effect in 2019.

“With the passage of [Senate Bill 179] California continues its fight for a more inclusive society, even as some in Washington continue to try to take away rights from LGBT people,” Sen. Scott Wiener (D-San Francisco), who co-authored the bill with Sen. Toni G. Atkins (D-San Diego), said in a statement. “With Gov. Brown’s signature on this bill, transgender and non-binary people will now be able to identify themselves as they are, not as who society tells them they should be.”

Scott Wiener took to twitter to celebrate the landmark biological discovery…

This is nuts. You are male or female; there is no other option. It does not matter who you think you are any more than if you think you are George Washington. The loony left is giving in to these nut cases all over the world . In Sweden children are dressed one day as male the next as female and allowed to choose which they want to be as they grow older. The world is going stark raving mad!!!!!!!!!!!

There is nothing leftist about neoliberal right-wingers such as the Democrats. This an absurd terminology used by Alex Christoforou and others that share his ignorance. Not that the left is lacking its own clowns, but it shouldn’t be burdened with those of the right.

Gov. Jerry “Moonbeam” Brown proves California is “the world’s largest outdoor mental asylum” (Mike Royko, famed Chicago columnist, who coined the sobriquet “Governor Moonbeam” in 1976).

this is not how you feel or a question of rights this is nature you do not choose your attribution.you have the physical attributes of either a male or a female.the universe does not give a hoot about your personal psychology.you have the opportunity to change your sex because of science but it does not give you the option of creating new ones.this kind of idiotic relativism will only destroy society because why not creating an alien category because I think I come from another planet. At the end life is not easy and is not fair but build some backbone
