BREAKING: ISIS claims responsibility for terrorist knife attack in Russia

The terrorist attacker was terminated by Russian police before he could kill.

A terrorist brandishing a knife wounded seven civilians in the Russian city of Surgut. Russian police killed the terrorist before he was able to inflict more harm on innocent people.

While early reports suggested the man was mentally ill, the international Salafist terrorist group ISIS, also known as Daesh has claimed responsibility through one of their online propaganda outlets.

Surgut has a population of 348,643

Why kill the perpetrator when you could detain him and ask who sent him?

One innocent person carrying a loaded handgun could have decreased the number of people who were murdered.

Yeah sure right. Give it a rest. As if there are so many cases of that having happened in the US. Gun nuts – please keep your philosophy in your own country.
And by the way – there WAS a guy there with a gun, and he did intervene and stop the carnage, and he was trained and authorised by the power of the State to do so.

It appears that the innocent people were merely injured, and not murdered, but the principle is the same. Responsible people carrying loaded guns can reduce violent crimes.
